A transaction is any single payment event processed through the D1CPay platform — including crypto settlements, fiat transfers, invoice payments, and API-initiated payouts. Refunds and chargebacks are counted separately and do not consume your monthly transaction quota. Batch payouts are broken down by recipient, so each recipient counts as one transaction.

There are no setup fees on any plan — your account is active the moment you complete onboarding. Withdrawals to external wallets or bank accounts incur a flat network/processing fee disclosed at the time of withdrawal, which varies by asset and destination. There are no hidden admin charges on top of the stated plan rate.

When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 — effectively a 16.7{e6d5b4b94c9b82f053158ac7b7d50217ffcdb18fb005ccec86dd634db6cdc84e} saving versus month-to-month pricing. The full annual amount is charged upfront at the start of your billing cycle. If you upgrade your plan mid-year, we prorate the difference and apply it immediately.

Yes — you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard with no penalty. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged only the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and any unused capacity from your current plan carries over until renewal.

No. D1CPay only bills for successfully settled transactions. If a payment attempt fails due to network issues, insufficient funds, or a rejected address, it is not counted against your quota and you are not charged any processing fee. We log failed attempts so you can diagnose and retry without cost.

Yes — the Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all Growth-tier features, including multi-currency settlement and priority API support, during the trial period. At the end of 14 days, you can subscribe or your account automatically reverts to the Starter tier.
