  • We automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and transaction metadata.
  • We may collect identity verification documents (e.g., government-issued ID) as required by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

  • To process payments, settle crypto transactions, and manage your D1CPay account.
  • To comply with legal obligations including KYC/AML requirements, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.

  • D1CPay services are intended solely for users aged 18 and older.
